- Order confirmation
  1. Customer will be communicated via SMS, email or by call for the confirmation of their order.
  2. Upon confirmation, order will be processed for delivery.
  3. Core details of the order will be communicated via SMS or call. Detail description of the order will be provided in the email send to the mentioned email account of customer.

- Orders Processing and Tracking
  1. All orders placed from Monday to Saturday will be processed, shipped and delivered within 2 to 5 working days after confirmation from the customer and in accordance with dealings with the business partner and logistics companies.
  2. Delay is possible in delivery of items because of circumstances like website failure, suppliers’ delays, late payment confirmations etc. If delays are longer then expected, customers will be communicated as per circumstances.
  3. Orders will be processed during week days only except public holidays.
  4. All the details of the orders are communicated to the customers via email so that they are able to track the packages.

  1. Cash on delivery is available for maximum amount of Rs. 30000
  2. If the amount of the order is above Rs. 30000. Customer will have to pay the amount above Rs. 30000 via different payment modes available at Panash.
  3. Panash cares for our customers and is a trusted platform by millions. All payments are safe with Panash.
  4. We accept payments via ATM transfers, Inter-Bank transfers, Easy Paisa, Simsim and Cash on Delivery.
  5. Additional discounts are available on advance payments.

- Shipment and delivery
  1. Free shipment is offered to items above Rs. 2000.
  2. Shipment charges depends on the size of the package and are charged as per courier partner rates.
  3. Customers can track the orders and Panash is not responsible for any logistic issues on part of courier companies.
  4. Cash on delivery is available all over Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
  5. Items with sales and promotion offers are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.


Returns and Exchanges

  4. Defective items return depends of the following conditions:
  5. Original invoices, manual, offer letters, gifts must be with the package
  6. All items must be in their original packaging (Undamaged and Unopened)
  7. Item must not be in used condition.
  8. Discounts, coupons will be offset with the item that is to be returned/exchanged.
  9. Panash has a 7-day return policy only.
  10. All request of returns should be generated on [email protected] only. Other mediums of communication will not be entertained for returns/exchange request.
  11. In Karachi for special cases, exchanges and returns are possible at our office.
  12. Do bring all the above-mentioned documents for the exchange of product.
  13. Cash-offset value in term of exchange will be dealt accordingly as per the circumstances. Payments above then the exchanged product item will be paid by the customer to get the new exchanged item.
  14. Exchanges depends on availability of product. Panash reserves the right to do an exchange with an item of similar value or give coupons for further purchases.
  15. Refunds are available only in certain condition.
  16. Refunds are not available if the price of the exchange item is less. In such cases, discount coupons will be issued to the customers
  17. Refunds on the delivery cost is not given to customers. If certain condition where wrong item is delivered, cost is bear by Panash.
  18. Coupons/vouchers requests are processed with 5 working days.
  19. Coupons/vouchers validity is one month only and are non-refundable and not extended after due date.
  20. Returns and exchanges are done once for the said item/order only.
  21. Returns and exchange policy doesn’t cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
  22. Panash reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.
  23. Returns of items are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Pakistan.
  24. Panash does not offer any repair services or warranty services. Warranty of merchants are fulfilled by merchants, not by Panash.
  25. Items directly purchased from Panash are under the above conditions only.
  26. All decisions made by Panash are final.
