Returning/Exchanging Products at Panash are easier than ever. Follow the steps below:

Step 1

- Contact Us via Call/SMS/WhatsApp to start the return/exchange process. We will require some information along with pictures. Customer support will than guide you through whole process.

Step 2

- Along with the package you have received, their will be a return form. Fill it in with the complete required information.

Step 3

- You are then required to re pack your package meeting all the mentioned terms and conditions. Package should be in original condition as was delivered to you.

Step 4

- Send us the package via Blue Ex or Leopard Courier Service. Necessary packaging for shipment will be done there. Our details are mentioned below:

- Send us the shipment details at [email protected]. We will send you all the relevant details of your package. All the charges will be paid back to you along with a discount voucher.


  1. Returns of orders can be done due to

    1. Wrong item

    2. Defective item

  2. Defective items return depends of the following conditions:

    1. Original invoices, manual, offer letters, gifts must be with the package

    2. All items must be in their original packaging (Undamaged and Unopened)

    3. Item must not be in used condition.

  3. Discounts, coupons will be offset with the item that is to be returned/exchanged.

  4. Panash has a 7-day return policy only.

  5. All request of returns should be generated on [email protected] only. Other mediums of communication will not be entertained for returns/exchange request.

  6. In Karachi for special cases, exchanges and returns are possible at our office.

  7. Do bring all the above-mentioned documents for the exchange of product.

  8. Cash-offset value in term of exchange will be dealt accordingly as per the circumstances. Payments above then the exchanged product item will be paid by the customer to get the new exchanged item.

  9. Exchanges depends on availability of product. Panash reserves the right to do an exchange with an item of similar value or give coupons for further purchases.

  10. Refunds are available only in certain condition.

  11. Refunds are not available if the price of the exchange item is less. In such cases, discount coupons will be issued to the customers

  12. Refunds on the delivery cost is not given to customers. If certain condition where wrong item is delivered, cost is bear by Panash.

  13. Coupons/vouchers requests are processed with 5 working days.

  14. Coupons/vouchers validity is one month only and are non-refundable and not extended after due date.

  15. Returns and exchanges are done once for the said item/order only.

  16. Returns and exchange policy doesn’t cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.

  17. Panash reserves the right and full discretion to disqualify free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order.

  18. Returns of items are governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act of Pakistan.

  19. Panash does not offer any repair services or warranty services. Warranty of merchants are fulfilled by merchants, not by Panash.

  20. Items directly purchased from Panash are under the above conditions only.


- Following are the methods for payment of returned orders. Shipment fee is refunded along with the order. We will also provide our valued customers with a discount voucher a part of our compensation program.

  1. Bank Deposit: Customers are required to send us the bank details (Account Name, Account Number, Bank Name) at [email protected],pk and we will transfer the amount. Time limit is 3 to 5 working days.

  2. Refund Voucher: If customers opt for refund vouchers they will be emailed to them at their registered email addresses. Time limit is 3 to 5 working days.
